We work with clients on efficiency, planning and Problem solving
Our site engineering plans for snow and ice management create detailed maps of all categories of surfaces. With exact square footage of sidewalks, parking lots, and caution zones we can calculate precise chemical needs for all types of weather events. We plot all features that need extra care or awareness such as speed bumps, grates, curbs, ice blockages, drainage flows, and snow piles. This means that whoever performs the work, whether our teams or qualified partners, the result is always safe, reliable, and consistent.

Our model is designed to help the Regional Facility Manager become more effective and secure while balancing many responsibilities. We don’t maintain residential grounds, apartment complexes, retirement centers or other single owner properties. We only manage Regional Facility Managers’ properties. That is all we do, and as a result we are very good at what we do.
